You can start your exchange or return online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. Print the
shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label.

Packages returned without the authorized RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note that underwear and socks are FINAL SALE.

Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes.  All duties and taxes must be billed to the customer. If duties and taxes are charged to retractableawningsale, we deem the right to refuse the shipment.

Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased in accordance with that specific retailer's return policy. retractableawningsale can only facilitate returns for orders placed through retractableawningsale.com. 

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.

No, all retractableawningsale products that are marked down by 50% are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes once it has been processed.
